IMPORTANT!!! An order will be registered only after confirmation from both sides (yours and the AroundMoscow)!
Thus without your contact information it'll not work. It is also VERY helphul if you have your mobile phone working when we meet you in an airport.

In any case you have to answer NEXT QUESTIONS:

• date and time of the beginning of service
• the description of service:
1. transfer (number of flight, a train, the car, the text of the sign)
2. hourly (daily) renting (prospective duration)
3. working outside of the City (prospective milage)
• place of start
• number of people
• luggage description (none, hand lagguge, a lot of luggage)
• kind and class of vehicle
• name of your organization (if needed)
• your full personal name
• contact telephones
• e-mail
• form of payment (cash, other).

Payments:

• cash: right before or after the service;
• non-cash: in advance only.

Actual sum might differ from prospective (because of parking bills, longer time of working and so on). Be prepared to that.

In case of non-cash payments the money must be transferred to the AroundMoscow account not later than 3 working days before the service begins. Additional payments (if take place) are to be maid by the end of the service (cash or plastic cards).
